About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations and administrative tasks for a US-based client in the bookkeeping/accounting industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage daily operations, internal projects, deadlines, and team deliverables.
- Maintain project boards, SOPs, and operational systems to improve efficiency.
- Support team accountability through meetings, follow-ups, and task tracking.
- Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, scheduling, calendar management, inbox, and Slack coordination.
- Track KPIs, team performance, and operational metrics.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support social media management, including Canva designs (around 20 posts/month), captions, scheduling, and blog uploads through WordPress.
- Provide LinkedIn, networking, outreach, and CRM support.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups, and support lead nurturing.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role supporting US-based clients.
- Project Management experience preferred.
- Experience in social media management, marketing support, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, AI content tools, and scheduling platforms.
- Accounting/bookkeeping industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with outreach and networking support is preferred.
