What You’ll Do:

• Engage with inbound customers via phone, chat, and email, these are warm leads coming to you!
• Help customers find the perfect outdoor products based on their needs, budget, and lifestyle
• Use your sales instincts to build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
• Follow up on open quotes and opportunities via outbound communication (phone, email, chat)
• Use CRM tools to manage your sales funnel and hit revenue goals
• Continuously learn and grow with coaching, training, and product education

• Comfortable talking on the phone, chatting online, and guiding customers to a decision
• Motivated by goals and able to balance empathy with assertiveness
• Coachable, you’re open to feedback and always looking to improve

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Some experience in inside sales, hospitality, or retail preferred
• Strong phone/chat/email communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and a team player
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on business needs
