Online Romanian language Teacher (who speaks Ukrainian language)

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently seeking a Romanian Language Teacher to deliver customized Romanian virtual lessons to our clients.

Job Information:

Ref #201857: Individual class for an adult

• Availability: Tuesday morning (8:00am – 12:00pm) & Friday morning (8:00am – 12:00pm)
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
• Lesson Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Student’s location/time zone: Bucharest
• Current language level: Complete beginner
• Native and other spoken languages: Ukrainian
• Student’s language needs and goals: I’d like to learn Romanian to communicate with my field sales team and, occasionally, with clients. My goal is to follow conversations, understand what’s happening around me, and feel more confident in everyday situations, both at work and outside of work.
• Additional Information: Required a tutor who can speak Ukrainian

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency levels and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• To have a native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field
• To have a minimum of two years of Romanian teaching experience
