Work location: Remote in US
The Office Learning & Development Manager’s primary responsibility is managing all product training and learning strategies associated with the Office portfolio. This individual will work closely with members of the Office team (Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, etc.) and cross functionally throughout the CooperSurgical organization to develop and implement learning initiatives in support of strategic objectives and business needs. This position will be accountable for developing, executing, and measuring the effectiveness of all training initiatives, for both new hires and tenured sales representatives.
Experience & Education
Required
Preferred
Experience as a field or certified regional trainer a plus
Previous experience as full-time learning and development manager with project management, including eLearning development, applied learning and technology, designing, developing, and implementing technology training and eLearning programs.
Demonstrated consistent success as a medical device or pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Fundamental knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation experience preferred.
Strong understanding of sales representative role and how it aligns to patient-centric selling and product promotion.
Strong project management experience to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and initiatives.
Customer or Stakeholder management experience, working collaboratively and ambiguously to achieve alignment and impact with a broader audience in mind
Working Conditions
This role is remote. The Office Learning & Development Manager should have a designated space to use as an office.
Travel could be up to 50%. Work environment can include but not limited to Corporate / Regional Offices, Conferences, Hospitals, training centers, and attendance to all sales meetings.
Must be able to lift 70 lbs of equipment or models.
Must be able to stand for 4-hour presentations, sit and bend knees for product demonstrations.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
