You will lead the organizational change management, communications, training, and adoption activities for a new LMS implementation. This involves facilitating stakeholder alignment, defining governance, and coordinating with technical vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
We are sourcing a contingent OCM — LMS Transformation Lead for an upcoming proposal with a national healthcare association. This opportunity is contingent upon receiving the client contract. Inclusion on the proposed project team does not guarantee a subcontract, start date, minimum number of hours, or minimum compensation.
You will lead the people, process, governance, communications, training, and adoption activities associated with the client’s transition to a new LMS. A separate technology vendor will implement the platform. This role will work closely with that vendor while leading the organizational changes necessary for successful adoption.
This hands-on role combines change strategy, project leadership, stakeholder facilitation, business-process design, communications, training, readiness assessment, and implementation support.

Develop and execute a practical change-management strategy and work plan.
Apply a recognized change framework while adapting it to the client’s culture, capacity, and implementation timeline.
