The Role in Brief:

Senior Associate, Enrollment Success

The Senior Associate, Enrollment Success plays a critical role in helping EAB’s partners maximize the value and impact of Navigate360 Enrollment Success technology, strategy, and services. This role combines deep product expertise, strategic advising, adoption strategy, and operational leadership to help institutions effectively leverage Navigate360 Enrollment Success capabilities to advance their enrollment goals.

This individual will work directly with partners and serve as a trusted Enrollment Success resource for Strategic Leaders and cross-functional teams, translating product capabilities, utilization data, and partner insights into actionable strategies. The role will provide targeted one-to-one support and escalation management, while also helping to build scalable approaches to Partner Success by identifying trends across the partner base, strengthening product adoption, standardizing processes, and developing resources and programming that improve partner outcomes.

This position is ideal for a highly consultative and analytically minded professional who enjoys becoming an expert in complex technology, translating insights into strategy, and building scalable solutions that improve both partner outcomes and internal effectiveness. They will join or lead partner conversations when focused Enrollment Success expertise is needed, identify and address underutilization, translate institutional strategy into concrete platform use, and coordinate resolution of complex or high-risk issues.

This position may be based in Washington D.C.; Richmond, VA; or is open to remote employment within the continental United States (with a preference for East Coast or willingness to work East Coast hours).

Primary Responsibilities:

Enrollment Success Product Expertise & Strategic Advising

  • Develop deep functional and technical expertise across EAB’s Navigate360 Enrollment Success technology and capabilities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to Strategic Leaders and internal stakeholders, providing product guidance, implementation best practices, and strategic recommendations.
  • Own and deliver targeted one-to-one Enrollment Success support for assigned or priority partners, including joining and leading partner meetings, translating institutional enrollment priorities into effective use of Enrollment Success, and driving clear follow-through on agreed actions.
  • Build internal knowledge frameworks and accountability rhythms that strengthen team expertise and confidence.

Product Adoption & New Feature Readiness

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve adoption of core Enrollment Success functionality and newly released capabilities.
  • Leverage product utilization data, partner health indicators, and partner insights to proactively identify adoption opportunities and barriers.
  • Develop strategies, resources, and interventions that help partners more effectively incorporate Enrollment Success into their enrollment operations, including direct partner outreach and engagement when adoption is stalled or value is unclear.
  • Ensure internal teams are prepared to support new functionality through training, enablement resources, and integration into existing partner programs, implementation templates, and Accelerators.

One-to-One and Scaled Strategic Partner Success

  • Monitor partner health, utilization, engagement, and recurring challenges to identify where direct intervention is needed; work with Strategic Leader to define and execute a partner-specific action plan.
  • Balance targeted one-to-one support with scalable impact by partnering with the Partner Experience and Support teams to convert recurring partner needs into resources, programming, and service offerings that improve adoption across the partner base.
  • Standardize key Enrollment Success Partner Success practices, including Success Plans, Accelerators, health metrics, utilization insights, and tracking mechanisms.
  • Strengthen Launch-to-Strategic Leader transitions through consistent documentation, partner context, success criteria, and handoff practices; provide focused post-launch intervention when a partner requires additional Enrollment Success strategy, adoption, or risk support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with Strategic Leaders, Launch Consultants, Product, Engineering, Business Analysts, and Partner Success leadership to advance Enrollment Success priorities.
  • Synthesize partner feedback, utilization patterns, and recurring challenges into actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Facilitate internal trainings and knowledge sharing that strengthen Enrollment Success expertise and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, resources, and the overall partner experience as Enrollment Success products and partner needs evolve.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, account management, implementation, project management, higher education technology, enrollment management, or a similarly complex client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop expertise in complex technology products and translate capabilities into practical recommendations for clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Experience advising clients or stakeholders on strategy, process improvement, technology adoption, or operational change.
  • Experience using data to identify trends, assess performance, and inform recommendations.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including experience leading stakeholder meetings, trainings, or strategic discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Resourcefulness and comfort operating in evolving environments where solutions or processes may not yet be fully defined.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience with enrollment management, recruitment, admissions, prospective student engagement, or related higher education operations.
  • Experience with higher education technology, CRM platforms, such as Navigate360, Slate, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Experience developing strategies or programs designed to increase technology adoption and utilization.
  • Experience analyzing partner health, product utilization, or engagement data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Experience building scalable Partner Success programs, enablement resources, playbooks, trainings, or processes.
  • Experience partnering with Product or technology teams to translate partner feedback and usage patterns into actionable insights.
  • Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
  • Commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB’s mission, values, and aspiration.
