Job Summary:
As a National Account Manager, Strategic Channels, you will lead the strategic growth and management of key national retail customers across the United States. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer-specific business plans that deliver sales, profit, and market share growth while strengthening Bonduelle’s position as a leader in fresh and shelf stable, plant-based foods. This role will also specialize in growing our new portfolio of Bonduelle shelf-stable products.
In this highly visible role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts—driving joint business planning, leading annual negotiations, and coordinating cross-functional teams in Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management to deliver best-in-class execution. You’ll also identify and activate new business opportunities that align with our key growth priorities and support Bonduelle’s mission, B Corp certification goals, and long-term sustainability commitments.

The base salary for this role typically ranges from $133,000 to $167,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors, including skills, experience, expertise, and location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or other incentive programs as part of a comprehensive total rewards package, which includes:
