We are seeking a strategic, consultative National Account Executive to drive national revenue growth and expand our RPO and Executive Search footprint across small business, commercial, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for developing and executing a national sales strategy across our RPO and Permanent Placement solutions.
You will engage senior HR and Talent Acquisition leaders — including CHROs, Chief People Officers, and enterprise decision-makers — to position Tailored Management as a long-term, strategic talent acquisition partner.
This role reports directly to the Director of Business Development and partners closely with executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and sustained growth.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth across RPO and Permanent Placement services
- Identify, prospect, and close new business through strategic outreach, referrals, and targeted market expansion
- Position Permanent Placement services to address immediate hiring needs while advancing long-term RPO partnerships
- Conduct hiring process assessments and workforce diagnostics to uncover optimization opportunities
- Design and present customized RPO solutions (enterprise, project-based, hybrid, high-volume models)
- Deliver compelling consultative presentations to C-suite and senior HR stakeholders
- Lead pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partnership success
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy and national market expansion initiatives
- Meet or exceed sales goals while demonstrating ownership and accountability
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in RPO, direct hire, or workforce solutions sales
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Proven experience selling RPO and Permanent Placement solutions using a consultative, solution-based approach
- Track record of influencing CHROs, Chief People Officers, and TA leaders in mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Experience closing multi-year or enterprise-level service agreements
- Strong background in pricing strategy, proposal development, and contract negotiation
