Are you ready to drive success in the sauna industry? Sauna360 seeks a motivated Regional Sales Manager to provide consultation and support to sauna dealers within a designated territory. Candidates should be located in one of the following states: Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota. This field-based role offers the opportunity to train dealers, develop new business, and significantly impact our company's growth. As a key team member, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing dealer effectiveness as sauna retailers while proactively selling Sauna360 products through the dealer channel.

  • Are You a Dynamic Brand Ambassador? Represent Sauna360 at trade shows and promotional events, building our brand presence while maintaining detailed records and reporting essential to our continued success.

    WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's Degree or college-level coursework strongly preferred; at least five years' experience in wholesale and retail sales required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sauna sales industry experience strongly preferred, consumer products background a plus.
  • Knowledge of current sales and merchandising techniques required.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate others, increase revenues, and work as a team.
  • Must be willing and able to travel at least 120 days per year.
  • A valid driver's license with good driving record is required.

Hiring Range: $65,900.00-$103,400.00
