The client is a performance-driven marketing agency that specializes in generating high-quality leads for construction businesses through Facebook advertising. With a strong focus on client results and business growth, the agency helps contractors scale efficiently with proven lead generation systems and expert marketing support.

 

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a proactive, creative-minded Meta Ads Specialist whose core mission is to

beat creative fatigue across our clients ad accounts. Each day, you will log into client ad accounts,

identify which creatives are fatiguing, and produce fresh, high-performing replacements from the photos

and videos our clients send — editing videos, editing photos, building collages, and using AI tools to

generate new creatives — then upload them to the account and keep backups ready. Success in this role comes down to two things: understanding Meta ads and understanding creatives. If you know both,

you can beat creative fatigue. GoHighLevel experience is a plus — we build our CRMs and landing

pages on GHL — but if you don’t have it, we will teach you.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Production (Primary Focus): Produce new ad creatives daily for each client’s ad account using the photos and videos clients send — editing video, editing photos, making collages, and using AI tools to generate fresh creatives.
• Creative Fatigue Monitoring: Log into client ad accounts daily, read performance data to spot which creatives are fatiguing, and prioritize which struggling accounts need fresh creatives first.
• Uploading & Backups: Upload new creatives to each ad account and maintain a backed-up library of ready-to-launch creatives for every client so no account ever runs dry.
• CRM Support (Plus): Assist with funnels, landing pages, and lead-nurturing workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) as you grow into the role — no prior GHL experience required; we will train you.
• Internal Collaboration: Communicate daily with the internal team to report which accounts received new creatives, flag accounts showing fatigue, and coordinate creative needs.
   

Qualifications & Skills

Core Requirements

• Meta Ads Expert: A strong command of Meta’s advertising platform — you understand how campaigns run, how creatives drive performance, and how to read the metrics that reveal creative fatigue.
• Creative Production Skills: Proven ability to edit videos, edit photos, build collages, and use AI tools to turn raw client footage into scroll-stopping ad creatives.
• Excellent Communication: Highly articulate with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Commitment & Integrity: We have a zero-tolerance policy for handling multiple employment or misrepresenting experience. You must be dedicated 100% to this role.

Preferred Pluses

•  Industry Experience (Plus): Past experience running ads for local services and blue-collar contractors (Roofers, Concrete, Flooring, Painting, etc.) is highly preferred but not strictly required.
• GHL Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with building funnels, landing pages, and CRM automations in GoHighLevel is a strong advantage — but not required. We build our CRMs and landing pages on GHL and will teach you.
