Understanding the client's business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications for the MercuryGate TMS.

• Configuring and customizing the MercuryGate TMS according to the client's needs and best practices.
• Integrating the MercuryGate TMS with other systems such as ERP, WMS, EDI, etc. using various methods such as APIs, web services, etc.
• Testing and validating the MercuryGate TMS solution for functionality, performance, and quality.
• Providing training and documentation to the client's users and stakeholders on how to use the MercuryGate TMS effectively.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or defects related to the MercuryGate TMS solution.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance to the client's MercuryGate TMS solution.
