Job Details: Job Location: EXECUTIVE OFFICE - DALLAS, TX, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $24.04 - $25.49Hourly, Tri Delta is seeking a Member Development Specialist, Alumnae to assist in the design and delivery of opportunities that support alumnae in their personal and professional growth while fostering lifelong engagement with the organization. This role will support the creation and facilitation of program content, including virtual development sessions for alumnae and collaborating on initiatives that support collegians as they transition from college into the young alumnae experience.
The ideal candidate will combine their zeal for customer service and their knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and professional development with strong project management skills and a passion for member-based organizations.
The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Alumnae Development & Engagement
Support the design and delivery of developmental content for alumnae members aligned with the Member Development strategy including young alumnae initiatives, professional and leadership development and community service.
Implement alumnae dues-level benefits in collaboration with the alumnae team.
Assist with the development of programs and modules for Tri Delta conferences, training initiatives and events.
Program & Curriculum Implementation
Collaborate with team members to implement junior/senior programming and transition strategies for 3rd and 4th-year members.
Support Volunteer Leadership Conference educational track development in partnership with subject matter experts.
Assist with the miniMBA program, both in administration and maintaining external partnerships.
Communications & Partnerships
Assist with alumnae e-newsletter content and alumnae-related correspondence.
Support the collegiate Director of Lifetime Membership (DLM) with resources and guidance.
Collaborate with the Brand Advancement Team to ensure all resources and tools are brand compliant.
Manage the Alumnae@trideltaeo.org inbox, directing inquiries to appropriate team members.

Qualifications: Education
Bachelor’s degree in: Education; Communications; Organizational Leadership; Nonprofit Management; Psychology or Sociology
Skills
Content Development & Program Management: Ability to develop and organize curriculum, programs, events and engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals; Strong writing and editing skills for educational content; Experience managing timelines, stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful program delivery
Brand & Communication Alignment: Collaboration with branding and marketing teams; Understanding of brand compliance and visual standards; Professional email communication and inbox management; Stakeholder engagement and customer service
Communications & Customer Service: Strong written communication for newsletters and member correspondence; Customer service through communications; Ability to support and guide collegiate leaders; Marketing and promotional strategy alignment; Ability to communicate effectively with members regarding programming.
Experience
1-3 years of work experience
Experience working in: Nonprofits, higher education, or membership-based organizations; Greek-letter organizations or similar communities is a strong plus
Demonstrated success in: Cross-functional collaboration; Managing multiple learning initiatives; Responding to member inquiries and feedback
