You will manage ad accounts across four European markets, overseeing campaign structure, budget scaling, and performance optimization. Additionally, you will provide actionable creative signals to the production team based on ad performance and market-specific insights.
Mother's Earth · Fully remote · Reports to the Head of Growth · Meta-first, with TikTok and Google a plus
Mother's Earth is a multiple 8-figure DTC brand running four stores across the Netherlands, Germany, France and the wider EU. We're fully remote, Meta is our core growth engine, and creative is our biggest lever.
You own the ad accounts across all four stores: structure, testing, pacing, scaling and killing, every day. You'll know the account better than anyone in the company, and you'll turn budget into new customers at target efficiency.
The second half of the job matters just as much. You feed the creative pods with signals: what's fatiguing, which hooks hold, which angles work in Germany but not in France, and where the account is thin. An account read that stays in your head is no use to anyone else.
A large share of our revenue is subscription, so we optimise for new customers and lifetime value, not necessarily front-end margin.
The accounts. Day-to-day management across all four stores: launching, killing, scaling and reallocating budget. You check the accounts several times a day.
Structure and pacing. Clean campaign architecture per market, and spend paced to the monthly plan and efficiency targets. You spot when surf scaling is possible and know how to apply it.
Testing. How new concepts enter the account: at what budget, for how long, and against what benchmark. That means clean reads, no half-tests and no buried winners.
Signals to the pods. A written account read for the weekly leads call. It gives specific creative signals (hook performance, hold rate, format effects, market differences, saturated angles), not just a ROAS table. You also do the legwork of reviewing our own ads and our competitors'.
Measurement. Pixel and CAPI health, event quality, feed health, and reporting on both new-customer and blended numbers.
Peaks and launches. Ramp plans, budget phasing and offer swaps for promos and BFCM.
Additional channels. You'll potentially support TikTok, Tiktok Shop & Google/YouTube and other channels as the programme expands, also depending on experience.
3+ years as a Media Buyer in DTC, owning the accounts yourself.
A proven track record of scaling spend while holding efficiency, on budgets of €30k+/day on a single account in EU markets.
Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and current best practice for scaling.
Strong analytical skills: NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, CAC:LTV and payback, and the judgement to tell signal from noise in a small sample.
Creative literacy. You can say why an ad is working, in terms a strategist can act on. Motion or Atria experience is a plus.
Disciplined operating habits: naming followed, tests run properly, reporting on time, nothing left half-configured.
Fluent English. Dutch, French and/or German is a plus.
A strong plus: TikTok Ads. Google/YouTube experience and NL/DE/FR market experience also count.
NC-ROAS and paid CAC at or better than target, per market.
Spend scaled to plan without efficiency breaking.
Test velocity, with clean, trustworthy reads.
Account hygiene: naming, tracking, and a structure anyone can understand.
Creative signals sharp enough for the pods to brief against.
