Maternal Health Support Specialist - Bilingual

Candidates must contain one of the following certifications and be fluent in English/Spanish

LCSW, RN, APRN, CNM, PA

● Conduct brief onboarding and activation calls in Spanish (10–15 minutes) using validated screening tools (e.g., EPDS)

● Perform outreach to eligible members using structured scripts and digital workflows

● Deliver virtual coaching sessions in Spanish focused on perinatal mental health, adjustment to parenthood, stress regulation, and health-promoting behaviors

● Support members around common postpartum topics (mood, feeding, sleep, transitions), coordinating referrals when specialized care is needed

● Identify elevated risk and follow defined escalation and referral pathways

● Document all interactions accurately and efficiently

● Communicate with members via phone, video, and secure messaging

● Participate in remote training, supervision, and quality reviews

This is a Contract position based out of Trenton, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
