Shape the Future of Blockchain—Bringing Business On-Chain

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends (and Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder. Founded in July 2021, Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integration—bringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions, DePIN innovations, and decentralized financial infrastructure.

Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a full-stack development environment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

About Autheo

With nearly 100 equity cofounders from leading companies and institutions—many with advanced degrees and PhDs—Autheo is solving the critical challenges blocking business adoption of blockchain technology.

Autheo Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026. Staking and transaction fees are operating on-chain. DevHub is available to builders. Sovereign identity (TheoID), decentralized compute and persistent storage through the Autheo Marketplace, AI inference (THEO AI), and post-quantum cryptography are rolling out on Mainnet.

THEO is live. The venue’s listing standard is not.

As of October 2, 2026, THEO trades on four Autheo-verified markets across two chains and one centralized exchange, with Enflux supporting liquidity across the venues:

  • THEO/USDT on MEXC — first centralized order book, opened October 1, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. MEXC serves more than 40 million users across more than 170 countries and regions. Deposits are accepted on Autheo Mainnet (native THEO). Withdrawals opened October 2, 2026 at 13:00 UTC.

  • THEO/USDC on Hydrex (Base) — live since August 20, 2026. Official Base contract: 0xebE516a20238F79dc20b07eaD6768e08891Ed309

  • THEO/USDG on Uniswap v3 (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 10, 2026

  • THEO/NVDA on Uniswap (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 24, 2026, pairing THEO with a Robinhood Stock Token. Official Robinhood Chain contract: 0x3dc751e0da01812e6d9143cc696e7f07ea94da48

Those venues have their own terms and their own geo-restrictions. This seat does not rewrite them.

Key Features

  • Layer-0 OS + Layer-1 — Sovereign Cosmos-based coordination layer with an EVM-compatible execution environment, IBC interoperability, and Proof of Autheo consensus.

  • DevHub & full-stack SDKs — One workspace for frontend, backend, smart contracts, and orchestration.

  • TheoID — Sovereign identity for people, services, and AI agents, with a post-quantum roadmap (Kyber, Dilithium, Falcon / NIST ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA).

  • Autheo Marketplace — Decentralized compute, storage, and service markets rolling out on Mainnet.

  • THEO AI — Inference and agent orchestration as a native primitive, not a third-party bolt-on.

  • DePIN infrastructure — On-chain networks for real-world infrastructure ownership and resource sharing.

Traction

  • Mainnet: Live since May 14, 2026. Staking and fees on-chain. Secured by the live validator set (149 active of 156 total as of September 23, 2026).

  • Public testnet history: 2 million+ wallets, 10 million+ transactions, 1.1 million+ smart contracts.

  • Audits: Halborn (testnet and validator node platform), CertiK (Mainnet and smart contracts), Adevar Labs (Base to Autheo Mainnet bridge).

  • THEO markets: Four verified venues — MEXC, Hydrex on Base, and two Uniswap pools on Robinhood Chain — with Enflux as liquidity partner across DEX and CEX.

  • Token: THEO, native utility coin. Maximum supply 7.0 billion. Approximately 5.33% designated as initial circulating supply at the August 20, 2026 TGE ($0.05 reference price on Hydrex).

  • Organization: Launch Legends Inc., a Wyoming corporation, parent of Autheo LLC. Stewarded in part by the Autheo Foundation. 100+ equity cofounders across 25+ countries.

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales, or funding.

This seat may be fractional. A counsel who can cover the listing standard and the US-person line does not need to be full time on day one.

ROLE: Markets Counsel — Autheo Spot & Perpetual Venue | Listing Standards, US Persons & Market Integrity

About the Role

Autheo is recruiting counsel for the venue it has not opened yet.

THEO already trades on MEXC, Hydrex, and Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. VP of Exchanges & Token Markets owns those venues, the next external listing, and the questionnaires those venues send. Head of Markets / DEX GM owns the Autheo book as a product. Head of Trading Systems builds the matcher. Head of Risk, Clearing & Oracles writes margin, liquidation, and the oracle. Head of Liquidity & Market Structure brings the maker. You sit on the listing gate with the GM and Risk. You do not take their seats.

You write what Autheo’s own spot and perpetual venue is allowed to list, and to whom. V1 is THEO spot, two to three crypto perps, one infrastructure future, one RWA, and one agent-credit or agent-SLA market. Crypto perps are a known problem. A compute-unit future, a tokenized real-world asset, and a market whose trader may be an agent are not. Each needs a listing standard, a geo-restriction, a market-integrity rule, and a written reason it is or is not offered to a US person.

You do not clear the OCC application, if that path is live. You do not run exchange diligence for the next CEX. You tell the GM which market cannot open, and you write the rule the venue will enforce when someone manipulates the book or the oracle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft the v1 listing standard for the Autheo book: what may list, what may not, and what requires a wrapper or a delay

  • Write the US-person position for each v1 market. Crypto perp, infra future, RWA, and agent market do not get the same answer by default

  • Define geo-restrictions and sanctions screening for the venue, coordinated with whatever TheoID can actually enforce on day one. Identity on the roadmap is not a control

  • Write the market-integrity policy: wash trading, spoofing, oracle manipulation, and the pull rule already in the maker program. You name the offense. Liquidity names the commercial consequence. Risk names the market pause

  • Review the maker term sheet and the insurance-fund policy before either is signed. You are not negotiating spread. You are reading what the venue just promised

  • Coordinate with VP of Exchanges so a representation made to MEXC, Hydrex, or the next venue is not contradicted by the Autheo book

  • Set the public-statement rule with Marketing. No market, no leverage, and no “regulated” claim goes out without this seat

  • Advise on agent counterparties. An agent with a TheoID is not, by that fact, a person who can be offered a perp

  • Keep a matter file: listing decisions, geo calls, and the markets that were refused, with the reason

  • Escalate to outside counsel where the question is a license, a registration, or a US offering. This seat decides the venue rule. It does not pretend to be the license

Requirements — Must Have

  • Licensed attorney, in good standing, with digital-asset or derivatives markets work on a live product. A whitepaper review is not the work

  • Has written a listing standard, a geo-block, or an exchange terms set that shipped

  • Can separate a commodity perp, a tokenized security, and a product that should not be offered, and can write the distinction down

  • Will hold a listing. No standard from this seat, no open, including on a market the GM wants

  • Can work part time, on equity, and produce a written answer rather than a meeting

  • Will leave matching, margin math, maker recruitment, and CEX pipeline ownership in the seats that have them

Nice to Have

  • CFTC, SEC, or exchange-compliance practice, in-house or at a firm that has cleared a listing

  • Work on RWA, tokenized securities, or a perp whose underlying was not crypto

  • Familiarity with prediction markets, agent-signed transactions, or identity-gated access

  • Wyoming counsel, or work with a Wyoming corporation and a foundation steward

  • Judgment on what not to say in a launch post. THEO is already public. The venue is not

First 90-Day Deliverables

  • V1 listing standard, one document, covering crypto perps, the infra future, the RWA, and the agent market

  • US-person and geo matrix for that same set, including what TheoID can enforce now versus later

  • Market-integrity policy mapped to the maker pull rule and the Risk pause rule

  • Review notes on the maker term sheet and the insurance-fund policy, before either is used

  • Public-statement checklist for Marketing, agreed with the GM

  • A refused-market log, opened on day one, even if the first entry is empty

About Our Organization

Autheo is building the Internet operating system: a decentralized coordination layer for the Web, blockchain, and AI agents. The platform uses W3C Decentralized Identifiers as its native identity framework and is anchored by a post-quantum communications and identity roadmap on NIST-standardized cryptography. Operating alongside a sovereign Cosmos-based Layer-0 and an EVM-compatible Layer-1, Autheo is designed so applications, infrastructure, and agents settle in one system rather than five vendor stacks.

The economic layer is already open. THEO trades on MEXC, on Hydrex on Base, and on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. The next market needs a standard before it needs a date.

WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS?

  • The listings that exist are someone else’s terms. MEXC, Hydrex, and Robinhood Chain are live, and VP of Exchanges holds them. You are writing the standard for the book Autheo will run.

  • The hard markets are the point. Infra, RWA, and agent underlyings are why this is not a generic exchange-terms seat.

  • Five seats, one gate. GM, Trading Systems, Risk, Liquidity, and this seat. A market opens only if the oracle, the maker, and the standard are all signed.

  • Equity cofounder, not a contractor seat. You join the same model as the rest of the collective: equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, plus THEO allocation, with salary expected to follow node, token, or funding milestones. Fractional is acceptable here.

If you have shipped a listing standard, can say which of these markets a US person does not get, and will put that in writing before the book opens, we invite you to take the next step.

Let’s write the rule—on the network that is already live.
