WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
Develops, implements and monitors direct donor marketing strategies for platelet and plasma donors – this involves ideating the overall campaign and the channel marketing contact strategy development, including copywriting, design and channel execution. Strategy development includes physical incentive item selection, sourcing, and distribution. This position also develops and executes: all platelet donation center site change marketing, new platelet donation center launch marketing, and platelet-specific onsite marketing materials. Works with management to identify, develop, and implement effective and productive marketing strategies for specific internal segments. Develops strategies and tactics across channels (especially promotional toolkits and individual tactics for email, SMS/MMS, direct mail, and phone). The ideal candidate will be a creative content thinker/developer/writer with experience in collaborating around graphic design; physical item/swag item selection, ordering, and budgeting processes; and a data-driven direct marketing strategist with a passion for saving lives!

PAY INFORMATION:
The salary range for this position is: $75,000 ‐ $80,000.

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, years of experience, and comparison with other employees already in this role.

Essential Functions/Physical Requirements: Depending on work assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of up to 20 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information. Overall mobility is essential. May include sitting for long periods of time, driving a vehicle and working under challenging conditions.
