AI Summary

Manage all social media channels, create on-brand content via Canva, and maintain the WordPress website and blog. Provide executive assistant support including calendar, inbox, and travel coordination for the Office Manager.

This is a remote position.

Rockstar is hiring a full-time Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant on behalf of a multi-location outpatient physical therapy practice looking to bring consistency and ownership back to their marketing after going without a dedicated marketing person for some time.

The core of this role is being the practice's steady marketing engine: owning social media across all channels, creating on-brand content in Canva, and keeping the WordPress website and blog section current and polished. Beyond that, the VA will support email campaigns, event and swag coordination, online review monitoring, and monthly performance reporting, and will also take on executive assistant tasks directed through the practice's Office Manager, things like inbox and calendar management, travel coordination, and document prep.

This role calls for someone who can take a task from start to finish with minimal hand-holding and strong attention to brand detail, previous marketing hires have struggled with inconsistent branding and spelling errors, and this practice needs someone who catches those things before they go out, not after.

About the Client

This multi-location outpatient physical therapy practice is built on high personal integrity, a well-trained and committed team, and evidence-based, patient-first care. They run on a Scaling Up operating model with clear functions, documented processes, and accountability to KPIs, and they're actively strengthening their systems as they grow.

The practice values proactive ownership, discretion, and someone who documents their own processes. They're rebuilding their admin and leadership structure after some recent transitions, and they want this hire to take real work off their plate rather than add oversight burden.
