Teladoc Health Inc. seeks Marketing Reporting and Analytics Senior Manager at its facility located at 155 E 44th Street, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10017.

 

Summary of Position 

 

 Partner with Consumer Marketing teams to deliver timely and actionable campaign insights across digital and offline channels. 10% Build and maintain performance dashboards such as Tableau and DOMO that track KPIs such as ROMI, ROAS, NPS, and registration volume. 15% Support daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews with insight packages, opportunity diagnostics, and strategic guidance. 20% Analyze campaign effectiveness, test-and-learn results, and audience trends to guide marketing optimization. 10% Contribute to forecasting models and budget performance diagnostics in collaboration with finance and strategy. 15% Maintain data quality and accuracy across marketing performance reports. 10% Coordinate with Data Engineering and Martech teams. 5% Define and evolve standard KPI definitions and performance frameworks across marketing functions. 5% Educate and empower marketing stakeholders on data literacy and insights self-service tools. 10%.

Required Qualifications 


This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management or a related field and 8 years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in an occupation involving the reporting and analysis or large, disconnected datasets in the healthcare industry. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) SQL skills to accurately interpret and editing coding languages and scripts to extract large datasets and manipulate/analyze key findings; (2) Visualization tools (Tableau, DOMO, or Power BI) for summarized and detailed reporting; (3) Digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate) and Media Measurement Techniques; (4) Translating data and analytic findings and summaries to stakeholders and business partners alike; (5) Constructing presentations of self-performed analyses and business stories to executive-level audiences; (6) Ideating and partnering on strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives that supersede day-to-day duties; and (7) Building, maintaining, and adjusting multi-million dollar budgets in coordination with finance and accounting partners.

 

Alternatively, the employer will accept a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management or a related field and 6 years of experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in an occupation involving the reporting and analysis or large, disconnected datasets in the healthcare industry. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) SQL skills to accurately interpret and editing coding languages and scripts to extract large datasets and manipulate/analyze key findings; (2) Visualization tools (Tableau, DOMO, or Power BI) for summarized and detailed reporting; (3) Digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate) and Media Measurement Techniques; (4) Translating data and analytic findings and summaries to stakeholders and business partners alike; (5) Constructing presentations of self-performed analyses and business stories to executive-level audiences; (6) Ideating and partnering on strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives that supersede day-to-day duties; and (7) Building, maintaining, and adjusting multi-million dollar budgets in coordination with finance and accounting partners.

 

RATE OF PAY: $151,590.00 - $183,800.00 per year
