Marketing Operations Administrator

📍 Location: Hyderabad, India | Remote | US Shift

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Administrator is responsible for planning, budgeting, performance management, process optimization, data management, marketing technology, and overall organizational effectiveness within the marketing strategy and operations team. This position supports all facets of the marketing technology portfolio — including systems, software, services, and related contracted workforce used across Hyland's marketing department.

This is a role for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment — someone who takes ownership of marketing systems, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and is passionate about keeping technology running efficiently and effectively.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Ensure marketing technologies across the department are running efficiently by actively supporting the strategy and planning needed to maintain the long-term vision of the marketing technology ecosystem; monitor systems to identify issues and areas for improvement across architectures, implementations, licensing, and processes.
• Support internal users in the daily use of marketing technologies; act as a liaison for the functionality and effectiveness of contracted employees performing work within the marketing operations and strategy team.
• Communicate regularly with vendor representatives of installed solutions to discuss ongoing issues and anticipate future needs; collaborate with internal counterparts on cross-departmental technology efforts to drive alignment and consistency.
• Regularly audit data in assigned systems to ensure best practices are maintained; make data-driven recommendations for process improvement across assigned systems and projects.
• Act as primary administrator for the licensing needs of department solutions — including license inventory creation and removal — while maintaining a thorough understanding of the marketing technology landscape to identify opportunities to improve existing systems.
• Demonstrate fiscal responsibility in managing project budgets when applicable; develop and deliver engaging, informative presentations to communicate technology strategies, system updates, and process improvements to diverse stakeholder audiences.
