The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive demand, pipeline growth, and revenue across the APAC region. They will manage integrated campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Customer Success to optimize marketing performance.
Responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy to generate qualified demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and contribute to revenue across the APAC region. This role is accountable for achieving agreed marketing KPIs, including marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline, lead quality, campaign ROI, conversion rates, event performance, and regional engagement metrics.
Working closely with regional Sales, Customer Success, and the Global Marketing team, the Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing programmes across digital, events, partnerships, email, social media, web, and account-based marketing (ABM). Using data, AI-enabled tools, and customer insights, the role will continuously improve campaign performance, audience targeting, content relevance, and marketing efficiency.
This is a hands-on regional marketing role for a commercially minded marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to influence pipeline and revenue, strengthen sales alignment, optimise marketing investment, and increase brand visibility and customer engagement across diverse APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the APAC regional marketing strategy and delivery plan, ensuring alignment to business growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Deliver agreed regional marketing KPIs, including:
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced weighted pipeline
- Campaign engagement and ROI
- Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-win conversion rates
- Event and webinar performance
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, events, webinars, partnerships, paid media, organic social media, email, content marketing, and ABM.
- Manage the regional marketing budget to maximise ROI and optimise investment across channels and campaigns.
- Coordinate APAC marketing activities, priorities, timelines, and resource allocation across internal teams and external partners.
- Localise global campaigns, messaging, assets, and content to reflect regional buyer needs, cultural context, market maturity, and commercial priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic sponsorships, industry events, partnerships, and associations that deliver measurable pipeline and brand outcomes.
- Build coordinated marketing and sales outreach programmes that improve prospect engagement, account penetration, and pipeline progression.
- Partner with Sales to improve lead quality, campaign follow-up, pipeline velocity, and conversion performance throughout the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and clients to develop regional customer stories, testimonials, references, and case studies that support sales and brand credibility.
- Monitor campaign performance through dashboards and analytics, providing regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to optimise future investment and activity.
- Use AI-enabled marketing tools to improve campaign analysis, audience segmentation, content personalisation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimise campaigns using data-driven decision making and experimentation to improve marketing performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing with measurable results in pipeline generation, demand creation, and revenue contribution, ideally within SaaS, learning technology, professional services, or workplace learning.
- Proven experience delivering integrated demand generation programmes across inbound, outbound, ABM, paid media, email, social, webinars, events, and partner marketing.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline growth, revenue outcomes, customer acquisition, and return on investment.
- Experience of marketing across APAC, with an understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural differences, and buyer behaviour.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of aligning marketing and sales to improve lead conversion and pipeline progression.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled marketing technologies to improve targeting, reporting, forecasting, and campaign effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop, adapt, and localise content for senior B2B decision-makers.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using marketing data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimise investment decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, agencies, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines across multiple countries and time zones.
