Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an integrated global marketing strategy, annual plan and campaign calendar aligned with our client’s charitable, corporate-program and growth priorities.

  • Lead brand positioning, messaging and storytelling across group entities, ensuring a consistent voice while adapting content for distinct audiences, programs and markets.

  • Directly manage two Marketing Coordinators, including setting priorities, allocating workloads, monitoring delivery and output quality, providing coaching and feedback, and maintaining accountability for agreed objectives and deadlines.

  • Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns across website, email, social media, digital content, events, partner channels, earned media and fundraising communications.

  • Translate organizational priorities and program outcomes into compelling content themes, campaign concepts and practical execution plans.

  • Guide corporate partner marketing, campaign toolkits, co-branded materials and stakeholder communications for our client’s programs.

  • Maintain brand governance, editorial standards, asset libraries and approval processes across markets and entities.

  • Define performance measures, monitor campaign and channel results, and provide concise reporting and recommendations to leadership.

  • Manage external creative, media or digital suppliers when required, including briefs, budgets, timelines and quality assurance.

  • Monitor sector, audience, platform and competitor developments and apply relevant insights to the client’s marketing approach.

  • Remain willing to create, edit and publish priority content directly when needed in a lean and collaborative team environment.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

  • At least 8 years’ progressive marketing or communications experience, including substantial responsibility for marketing strategy, team leadership and integrated campaign delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and convert it into disciplined, high quality execution across multiple channels.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with advanced editing, narrative development and stakeholder presentation capability.

  • Strong experience in brand management, content marketing, digital channels, email marketing, social media and campaign measurement.

  • Experience working with international stakeholders; exposure to Australian organizations, nonprofits, social enterprises, ESG, sustainability or corporate partnerships is highly regarded.

  • Working knowledge of common marketing platforms such as a CRM or email system, CMS, social scheduling, analytics, project management and design collaboration tools.

  • Evidence of successful remote team leadership and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across functions and time zones.

  • A portfolio or work samples demonstrating strategic thinking, campaign leadership and high-quality communication.

Attributes

  •  Purpose-led and commercially aware, with sound judgement about audience, tone and reputation.

  •  A clear, supportive leader who sets priorities, gives useful feedback and builds accountability.

  •  Strategic but practical; comfortable working hands-on in a lean, evolving organization.

  • Collaborative, culturally aware and confident in engaging senior international stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, data-informed and able to make decisions without unnecessary complexity.

We Are Offering

  • A competitive salary in the range of P110,000 to P150,000 per month, aligned to skills, experience and qualifications.

  • The role will work a schedule aligned with Australian and/or Philippine business hours. US working hours are not required. Some flexibility will be required from time to time to accommodate meetings, presentations and other business activities.

  • Statutory benefits, leave entitlements, HMO coverage and other benefits in accordance with the employment offer and ESC policy.
