Position Highlights:
The Marketing Manager plans, executes, and evaluates marketing campaigns and programs that support awareness, lead generation, engagement, retention, and product growth objectives. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop compelling marketing solutions, manage campaign delivery across sales channels, and use performance insights to optimize results and maximize impact.
What You’ll Own:
Marketing Strategies—45%
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with product growth, customer engagement, and organizational objectives.
Partner with product, advocacy, and commercial teams to identify business opportunities and create marketing plans that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.
Support commercial initiatives and sales channels, including SafetyAtlas, through targeted marketing programs and campaigns.
Leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing recommendations and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative, digital, and sales partners to develop consistent messaging content and campaign assets across channels.
Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, SEO/SEM, and analytics solutions, to support campaign execution and performance measurement.
Advise stakeholders on marketing processes, timelines, best practices, and expected outcomes to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Project and Campaign Management—55%
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, product adoption, and retention goals.
Translate marketing requests and business objectives into actionable campaign plans, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and adapt marketing content and copy for digital, print, email, web, social, and ad sales channels.
Manage campaign budgets, schedules, and project priorities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate and execute recurring, seasonal, evergreen, and ad hoc marketing initiatives.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality campaign assets and marketing programs.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data and insights to improve effectiveness and drive continuous optimization.
Support high-volume marketing workflows and resource planning to ensure efficient campaign execution across the organization.
Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, and best practices and recommend opportunities for innovation and improvement
We’re Looking for Someone with:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2–4 years of marketing experience
Proven ability to understand business opportunities and translate those into high-impact marketing programs and tactics
Proficient with marketing-related software programs and digital marketing capabilities.
Comfortable with copywriting for various marketing and sales channels
Understanding of sales process and principles
High level of initiative, motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and a skilled negotiator
Strong decision-making skills using analytical data
Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
Previous B2B marketing or nonprofit marketing a plus
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present to small groups.
Creative content development skills
Agency experience including managing external creative vendors a plus
This is a remote position
Salary for this role is: $75,000
