AI Summary

You will own the end-to-end logistics and execution for conferences, dinners, and field events to support marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Sales team to manage event attendance, lead capture, and post-event follow-up processes.

About Centralize

Enterprise sales runs on relationships, and every tool built to manage them is a database from 2005. Reps lose seven-figure deals because they can't see who actually matters inside an account. We're building the system of intelligence that replaces the CRM.

Centralize is the relationship intelligence platform for enterprise revenue teams. Companies like Webflow, Decagon, Elevenlabs, Brex, Cognition, and LangChain use us to close their largest deals. We've grown 5x since last year, and customers are pulling us forward faster than we can ship.

We’ve raised a Series A led by NEA, bringing our total funding to $18M+ alongside Salesforce Ventures, Y Combinator, and operators including Stewart Butterfield (Co-Founder & CEO, Slack), Cal Henderson (Co-Founder & CTO, Slack), and sales leaders from Figma, Box, Dropbox, Anthropic, and Notion.

Centralize was founded by Rachit Kataria, a founding engineer on Facebook Shops who helped scale it to 250M MAUs, and Will Wang, who led the launch of Slack Huddles, the fastest-growing product in Slack's history.

The role

We're looking for a creative, highly organized, and resourceful Marketing & Events Coordinator to help bring our marketing programs to life. You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead to own the execution and logistics behind events and other marketing initiatives, from figuring out how we can stand out at a conference to making sure every detail comes together.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys taking an idea, figuring out what needs to happen, and running with it.

What you’ll do

  • Own logistics for conferences, dinners, field events, and other marketing programs from planning through execution

  • Help develop creative event experiences, from booth concepts and activations to swag and other ways we can stand out and create memorable interactions

  • Take ideas and turn them into reality, independently figuring out vendors, options, requirements, timelines, and next steps

  • Manage event registrations, vendors, venues, shipping, booth materials, signage, swag, attendee lists, and other event details

  • Build and maintain event timelines, workback plans, and checklists

  • Coordinate with Sales on event attendance, pre-event needs, lead capture, and post-event follow-up

  • Manage marketing vendors and ensure deliverables stay on schedule

  • Coordinate production and inventory of swag, collateral, and other marketing materials

  • Maintain the marketing and events calendar and keep owners, deadlines, and dependencies organized

  • Support execution of customer marketing and other marketing programs as needed

  • Help turn recurring work into simple, scalable processes as the Marketing team grows

What we are looking for

  • 2–4+ years of experience in event marketing, marketing coordination, field marketing, or a similar role

  • Creative instincts and excitement about finding interesting ways for a brand to stand out

  • High agency, ownership, and resourcefulness, with the ability to figure things out, find the right resources, and drive work forward without step-by-step direction

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects

  • Comfortable managing vendors, deadlines, and logistics independently

  • Clear written and verbal communicator who can coordinate across internal teams and external partners

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup where priorities can change quickly

  • Experience coordinating conferences, trade shows, dinners, or other B2B events is helpful, but we're more interested in your ability to learn quickly and execute than whether you've done every type of event before

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology is a plus

Benefits

  • Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k)

  • Parental leave

  • Unlimited PTO plus company holidays

  • Quarterly offsites

  • Equipment stipend
