Job Description:

  • Manage marketing events for regional sales teams
    • Event types include regional tradeshows; webinars; co-marketing activities and booth shares with channel partners. 
    • Leverage marketing automation tools for campaign awareness and demand generation, and communications
  • Own the entire process of program execution including venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker acquisition, onsite registration and management, logistics, webinar setup, list pulls, email blasts, direct mailers, budget reconciliation, list uploads, e-marketing systems management, etc.
  • Work closely with Technical Marketing and Marketing Communications to create campaign/product content and assets for delivery in marketing events/programs
    • Understand what sales collateral the teams require as part of the sales process. Receive and review requests, ask clarifying questions if needed, work with translators and designers to get the documents created for physical and email distribution.
  • Serve as the channel marketing point-of-contact for the various marketing campaigns and product initiatives
    • Being available (in-person/phone/email) to work with internal and external teams on questions about marketing activities (events, emails, social media, sales collateral) and helping them get the information they need as part of the sales process.
  • Measure and report performance against established metrics
  • Manage the successful completion of various marketing projects marketing activities.
    • Ensure that all team members are completing their parts of the project on time and within scope

Success Factors:

          At least 2-3 years of previous marketing and/or event marketing experience

          Great attention to detail

          Highly organized and able to manage time effectively

          Able to work independently, managing various projects and priorities

          Good written and verbal communication skills

          Good interpersonal skills

          Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

          Experience with CRM systems a plus.

          Experience with Marketing Automation systems a plus.
