We're looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Marketing Associate to join our Growth Marketing team.
This is a rare opportunity to build expertise across the full spectrum of growth marketing. At most companies, marketers specialize in either acquisition or retention. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in both - executing lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS amd push notifications, while also supporting paid acquisition channels such as Google Search (SEM), Meta, TikTok, affiliate marketing, and partnerships.
You'll work across the entire customer lifecycle, helping acquire new users, engage existing ones, and improve long-term retention. Along the way, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering, developing a well-rounded marketing skill set that will accelerate your career in growth marketing.

Execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push and notifications
Support paid acquisition efforts across channels including Google Search (SEM), Meta, TikTok, affiliate marketing, partnerships, and other performance marketing channels.
Build, QA, schedule, and monitor campaigns to ensure flawless execution.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and CPA.
Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Work closely with Product, Data, Design and Engineering teams to coordinate campaign launches; maintaining campaign calendars, documentation, and operational processes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and marketing performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, retention, and engagement.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new marketing tools and channels.
Ability to leverage AI tools (such as Claude) to improve productivity, accelerate execution, analyze data, generate ideas, and continuously optimize marketing workflows.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar CRM platforms.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, affiliate platforms, or partnership marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or other BI/reporting tools.
Basic SQL knowledge or experience working with large datasets.
Experience running A/B tests and interpreting experiment results.

The range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 yearly salary plus equity, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
