Overview

As a Senior Website Marketing Manager (Webflow) at Consilio, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how prospects, clients, candidates, and partners experience both the Consilio and Lawyers On Demand (LOD) brands online. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead the ongoing development, optimization, and evolution of our websites to strengthen brand visibility, improve lead generation, and create exceptional digital experiences.

 

This role blends hands-on website development with strategic optimization. You will spend the majority of your time working directly in Webflow, building new pages, improving existing experiences, managing site structure, optimizing user journeys, and implementing enhancements that improve website performance. You will own implementation from idea through launch, continuously identifying opportunities to make the website more effective and taking action to bring those improvements to life.

 

You will collaborate closely with product marketing, performance marketing, content, creative, and business stakeholders to ensure our websites support key business priorities while delivering a modern, intuitive, and high-performing user experience.

Responsibilities

 

Website Ownership & Strategy

  • Lead website management for Consilio and LOD
  • Develop and refine a website optimization roadmap aligned with business goals, campaign priorities, and marketing objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, lead generation, engagement, conversion, and content discoverability
  • Evaluate user behavior, search data, website performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize improvements
  • Serve as the internal expert on Webflow capabilities, website best practices, and emerging digital experience trends

Webflow Development & Site Management

  • Own day-to-day development and management of both websites within Webflow
  • Build and launch new pages, landing pages, templates, microsites, and digital experiences
  • Manage CMS collections, site architecture, reusable components, and content publishing workflows
  • Implement website enhancements directly in Webflow from concept through launch
  • Maintain website quality, responsiveness, accessibility, and brand consistency across all experiences

User Experience & Conversion Optimization

  • Continuously improve navigation, page layouts, user journeys, and conversion paths
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve lead generation and overall website performance
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaign landing pages and conversion experiences
  • Develop and execute website experiments and optimization initiatives
  • Apply strong design judgment to improve the effectiveness and usability of website experiences

SEO & Website Performance

  • Improve technical and on-page SEO across the website
  • Optimize metadata, internal linking, content structure, and information architecture
  • Monitor and improve website speed, mobile performance, and technical health
  • Ensure new content and pages adhere to SEO best practices
  • Identify and activate opportunities to increase organic visibility and website traffic

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Define KPIs to evaluate website performance, engagement, conversion, and search visibility
  • Use analytics and audience insights to continuously improve website effectiveness
  • Track performance of website enhancements and optimization initiatives
  • Maintain a prioritized pipeline of future improvements and enhancements
  • Build a culture of continuous website evolution rather than periodic redesign projects

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience managing, developing, and optimizing business websites
  • Demonstrated expertise with Webflow, including page development, CMS management, site architecture, responsive design, and site administration
  • Proven experience building and maintaining websites directly rather than managing third-party developers
  • Strong understanding of user experience, conversion optimization, website analytics, and SEO
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and related digital marketing tools
  • Ability to translate business goals and marketing priorities into effective website experiences
  • Comfortable making light design enhancements and copy refinements when needed
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website integrations preferred
  • Experience in legal services, SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Insight-driven and comfortable owning KPIs and optimization plans
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and energized by continuous improvement
