Our people make all the difference in our success.
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader to drive sales enablement, growth marketing, and revenue performance across our Growth organization. This role blends sales enablement, marketing activation, and revenue intelligence — owning everything from sales playbooks and JOC strategy to event content and deal-level campaign performance.
What You'll Own
Sales Enablement & Growth Strategy
- Build and scale sales playbooks for new logo acquisition, expansion/cross-sell, and at-risk client recovery
- Lead Joint Operating Committee (JOC) strategy, turning operational reviews into growth and retention forums
- Support strategic accounts, finalist presentations, and executive client engagements
Marketing & Event Activation
- Own internal and external event content development and activation (conferences, client summits, JOCs, sales kickoffs)
- Develop deal-level sales assets (pitch materials, client-facing collateral, finalist presentation content)
- Build and monitor campaign performance — track effectiveness, report on ROI, and iterate based on results
Onboarding, Training & Coaching
- Own training strategy and governance of our enablement platform (Allego)
- Build a structured onboarding program (30/60/90-day) that gets new sellers and account managers to first deal faster
- Build role-based learning programs that improve selling skills, executive communication, and product positioning
- Build coaching frameworks that frontline managers can use to reinforce skills day-to-day, separate from formal training content
- Provide hands-on support to sellers and account teams preparing for high-stakes client conversations
Content & Tooling
- Curate and govern the enablement content library so assets stay current, easy to find, and aren’t duplicated across teams
- Evaluate and manage the enablement technology stack (CRM, content management, sales intelligence) to keep tools integrated and adopted
- Serve as the formal liaison between Sales and Marketing/Product — ensuring messaging stays aligned and new product/feature knowledge reaches sellers quickly
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a small team across enablement, content, and training
- Set priorities based on revenue impact, client risk, and scalability
Revenue Insights
- Use CRM data, market intelligence, and client trends to surface growth opportunities and retention risks
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations, not just reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or healthcare, payer, or healthcare services experience
- 7+ years in sales enablement, marketing, account management, client success, revenue operations, or commercial strategy
- Experience building sales/marketing collateral and managing event or campaign execution
- Track record influencing executive stakeholders
- Strong business acumen; comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Experience leading initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience leading JOCs or executive business reviews
- Salesforce and Allego experience
- Experience owning event activation and campaign performance analytics
