Direct Meds LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Total Rewards to lead the administration and optimization of our compensation, benefits, and employee rewards programs. This role is responsible for ensuring our total rewards strategy remains competitive, compliant, on budget and aligned with business objectives while supporting employee attraction, retention, and engagement. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in compensation and benefits administration within a growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and administer the company's total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and employee incentive plans.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analyses to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and compensation guidelines.
  • Lead the annual merit increase and compensation planning process.
  • Administer bonus, incentive, and profit-sharing programs.
  • Coordinate employee equity administration, including tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee the administration of medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with benefit brokers, carriers, and third-party vendors.
  • Partner with Finance to support payroll forecasting, compensation budgeting, and workforce planning.
  • Develop employee communications and educational materials related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and employee benefits.
  • Prepare required reporting, audits, plan documentation, and regulatory filings.
  • Analyze total rewards data and provide recommendations to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and executive leadership on compensation and benefits initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and efficiencies within Total Rewards.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Total Rewards Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Benefits Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience administering compensation and employee benefit programs.
  • Strong understanding of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and total rewards best practices.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations related to compensation and employee benefits.
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems. Experience with Rippling is a huge plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite products with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation and benefits information to employees and leadership.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Continuous learner with a growth mindset 
  • Experience with Rippling is preferred.
