We're looking for a Manager, Retail Labor & Analytics to support labor planning, productivity reporting, workforce management tools and processes, and operational insights that help improve store performance and profitability. In this role, you will lead a small analytics team and partner closely with Retail Operations, Finance, Global Retail, Field Leadership, IT, and Product teams. You will report to the Senior Director, Retail and Omnichannel Operations.
Responsibilities
Support the review and refinement of labor standards through time-in-motion studies, workflow mapping, and process analysis
Manage day-to-day workforce management activities, including schedule guidance, staffing assumptions, and labor planning inputs
Partner with cross-functional teams – most closely with Global Retail and Finance – to improve the technologies stores use to schedule labor, plan resources, and access operational insights
Identify opportunities to streamline store processes and support implementation of new capabilities
Support payroll budget management, including tracking payroll performance, analyzing sensitivities, and identifying risks or opportunities
Contribute to fleet segmentation and store-level target setting for sales, productivity, and margin
Provide descriptive analytics, reporting, and insights related to store performance goals and operational programs
Oversee field reporting tools and routines, including reporting processes for store and monthly business reviews
Support management of the store incentive program, including reporting, analysis, and operational follow-up
Analyze opportunities, support forecasting, and measure the impact of initiatives in the store environment
Partner with field teams to identify performance outliers and provide data-driven insights to support follow-up actions
Collaborate with Global Retail, Finance, IT and Product teams to support the launch and adoption of tools that improve store and labor productivity
Lead, coach, and develop two direct reports at the Senior Analyst and Analyst levels, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, labor planning, or related analytical roles
Strong understanding of workforce management, retail analytics, and data modeling; experience with Kronos, ProWFM or similar workforce management systems is helpful
Ability to build business cases and conduct inventory, productivity, payroll, and labor analytics
Working knowledge of retail processes and service models, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve operating routines
Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into clear, actionable insights
Experience supporting or implementing labor standards in a retail environment preferred
Experience leading direct reports or project teams, with the ability to coach, prioritize work, and drive execution through others
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with diverse cross-functional partners, including field teams, Finance, IT, and Product teams

The expected starting salary range for this role is $112,000- $165,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
