Summary: The Manager, Strategy & Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Growth supports overall campaign strategy, revenue performance, and growth for the Dare to Dream Campaign. This role helps translate direction into action by driving execution, strengthening performance, and ensuring consistency across regions and teams. 

This role works closely with the Senior Director, Dare to Dream, helping shape strategy, drive performance, and lead execution across the campaign. The role also partners closely with the Manager, Dare to Dream School Engagement & Campaign Execution. 

This role requires an experienced manager who can operate strategically while remaining flexible, innovative, and hands-on in a growing campaign environment. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Mission Integration 

  • Support delivery of a mission-focused Dare to Dream campaign
  • Ensure mission messaging is reflected across campaign materials and experiences
  • Connect fundraising efforts to impact and purpose
  • Reinforce a positive and meaningful participant experience 

Fundraising and Relationship Building 

  • Drive execution to support Dare to Dream revenue goals
  • Support P2P growth through participation, engagement, and fundraising efforts
  • Translate strategy into clear plans and lead day-to-day execution across campaign channels (P2P, Philanthropy, Business Partnerships)
  • Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Support reporting, tracking, and data visibility
  • Partner with regions to drive pipeline, growth, and consistent execution
  • Maintain clear communication and alignment across regions
  • Support partnerships, sponsorships, and matching gift efforts
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the School Engagement Manager to align efforts 

Volunteer & Internal Management 

  • Ensure volunteers have clear roles, direction, and support
  • Support development and execution of volunteer engagement efforts  
  • Provide direction to temporary staff, ensuring work is organized, prioritized, and executed effectively
  • Partner across teams to maintain alignment and progress
  • Support development and execution of volunteer engagement efforts 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6+ years of experience in fundraising, campaign execution, P2P programs, or related fields 

Position Requirements: 

  • Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable direction

  • Experience analyzing data and using insights to improve outcomes
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work across teams and align stakeholders

  • Ability to lead through ambiguity while building structure 

Work Environment & Physical Demands: 

  • Weekend & evening work may be required on occasion
  • Travel: approximately 15–20%
  • Work environment and physical demands are consistent with similar roles

We are excited to share the base pay range for this non-exempt, hourly paid position is $33/hr ($60K/yr) to $44/hr ($80K/yr). The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
