Description

Our customer is seeking an experienced ManageEngine Consultant for 6 months+ to help mature and optimize its IT service management environment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and work closely with the IT team to improve workflows, automate processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and expand platform functionality.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and administering ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, strong knowledge of ITSM best practices, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assess the current ManageEngine ServiceDesk PLUS environment and identify areas for improvement.

Configure and enhance ticketing workflows, request fulfillment processes, and service catalog functionality.

Change manage in ServiceDesk plus, such as change types, CAB approvals and change templates.

Design and implement client-facing portal capabilities to improve user experience and ticket visibility.

Build and optimize change management workflows within the platform.

Configure and enhance project management capabilities within ServiceDesk

Develop and improve reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.

Expand and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Assist with software asset management configuration and best practices.

Partner with IT leadership and Service Desk staff to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Provide recommendations for platform maturity, automation opportunities, and process improvements.

Document configurations, workflows, and operational procedures.

Transfer knowledge to internal staff to support ongoing administration after project completion.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
