Que buscamos:
Técnico
✔️ Python nivel avanzado con foco en procesamiento de datos
✔️ Experiencia sólida en ETL/pipelines (Airflow es un plus)
✔️ SQL avanzado (Oracle valorado, pero no excluyente)
✔️ Experiencia en data quality: normalización, deduplicación, matching
✔️ ML clásico: scikit-learn, evaluación de modelos, feature engineering
✔️ Capacidad de explicar decisiones técnicas (cuándo usar reglas vs ML)

Humano (igual de importante)
✔️ Pensamiento analítico y metódico
✔️ Cómodo trabajando con datos "sucios" del mundo real
✔️ Capacidad de comunicar con negocio y entender requisitos
✔️ Pragmático: no enamorado de usar ML solo porque está de moda
✔️ Mentalidad de auditoría y trazabilidad
