Founded in 1968 by concerned citizens of Sussex County, TIA was established to address the myriad challenges faced by low-income families through a comprehensive and multifaceted approach. The organization acts as a catalyst for positive change by implementing extensive programs and community partnerships that span early childhood, parenting support, education, employment, housing, and youth development.
