Responsibilities:
- Plans and coordinates logistical requirements for meetings, proposal review panels, and events
- Coordinates logistics and onsite support for onsite and offsite meetings, events, and webinars
- Coordinates logistical support in preparation for outreach events including tasks such as event budget and planning, venue and catering subcontracting, printing, mailing, and event set up and breakdown
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum Experience: 4 Years
- Experience planning and coordinating meeting / panel / event logistics
