We are looking for a LinkedIn Account Sourcing & Operations Specialist who will help us find LinkedIn account owners, agree on rental terms, prepare profiles, and manage accounts used for Dripify’s outbound activities.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of LinkedIn.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good organizational skills.

• Attention to detail. Independence and responsibility.

• Willingness to learn.

• Relevant experience is a plus, but not required.

• B1+ English level.

Responsibilities:

• Find LinkedIn account owners through direct outreach, referrals, social media, communities, and freelance platforms.

• Run sourcing campaigns prepared by the Outbound Growth Lead and process incoming replies.

• Negotiate rental terms, pricing, and access conditions, and onboard new accounts.

• Prepare, warm up, and manage a pool of 40+ LinkedIn accounts.

• Handle owner communication, account access, verification, recovery, replacements, and internal records.

Work conditions:

• Remote, part-time cooperation.

• Up to 20 hours per week.

• Flexible schedule.

• Compensation: €5 gross per hour + performance-based bonus.

• Bonus structure and targets will be discussed separately.

• Training and operational support will be provided.
