The LifeCare Specialist will execute distribution and sales strategies for the LifeCare product by engaging with key relationships and supporting BGA and IMO offices. The position reports directly to the Specialty Markets Leader and requires a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
This role is crucial in driving the sales and distribution of the LifeCare product, directly contributing to the growth and success of John Hancock's insurance offerings. By effectively managing relationships and communication, the LifeCare Specialist ensures that customers receive the best possible service and support, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This positon is a remote role open to anyone located into the continental US and offers a sales based incentive with base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses.

Salary range is expected to be between
$65,000.00 USD - $108,300.00 USDEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
