Why Work Here?

You will join a close-knit organisation that values people as individuals rather than numbers and fosters a genuinely supportive culture. The company operates with an open-door policy, encouraging open communication and easy access to leadership at all levels. Supervisors remain actively involved in day-to-day operations and continue selling during enrolment periods, ensuring they understand the realities of the role and can provide hands-on support. Senior leaders, including the CEO, regularly spend time on the call centre floor, getting to know team members and building a family-oriented atmosphere. As a temporary employee, you are eligible for medical, dental and vision insurance, and you will benefit from consistent shift patterns during production periods, providing clarity and stability throughout the peak season.

Work Environment

You will work in a highly regulated, fast-paced call centre environment focused on Medicare and related insurance products. The role involves extensive time on the phone, handling inbound calls and making outbound follow-up calls to support customer enrolments and queries. Operations run within hours of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST, extending from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. CST during peak season, and you must be available to work any assigned shift within these hours. You will typically work five eight-hour shifts, with licensed agent shifts structured as 8.5 hours including a 30-minute lunch, and shifts remain consistent throughout the Annual Enrolment Period to provide predictable scheduling. The organisation observes certain non-paid holidays when operations are closed, including Labour Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas (observed). The environment is highly structured and compliance-driven, with contracting to carriers commencing only after successful completion of AHIP, at which point you become a captive agent. The company operates a blackout period from June through December in which releases are not provided. You will use multiple computer systems and screens, Microsoft Office tools and internal chat platforms to manage calls, appointments and documentation. The dress code is consistent with a professional call centre setting, and supervisors and leaders are present on the floor, providing an engaged and supportive atmosphere.
