Position Overview

We are seeking personable, resourceful, and organized individuals who are interested in helping clients create enjoyable and well-planned vacation experiences. As a Leisure Planning Consultant, you will assist travelers with exploring destinations, evaluating vacation opportunities, and arranging services that reflect their individual preferences.

This remote opportunity combines customer interaction, vacation research, and reservation management. You will work with clients to understand their interests, identify appropriate options, and help coordinate the details necessary for their upcoming trips.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their vacation expectations, interests, and preferred experiences
  • Gather relevant planning information, including travel dates, destination choices, budgets, and special accommodations
  • Identify destinations and vacation opportunities that align with individual requests
  • Conduct research on hotels, resorts, cruise itineraries, flights, vacation packages, excursions, and activities
  • Evaluate available supplier offerings and determine suitable options based on client priorities
  • Develop customized vacation suggestions and present relevant information for client consideration
  • Explain accommodation features, available services, package inclusions, pricing details, and reservation requirements
  • Assist clients with comparing options and making informed vacation decisions
  • Arrange selected services using authorized supplier booking systems
  • Review reservation information to confirm accuracy of traveler details, dates, and requested arrangements
  • Organize booking confirmations, itinerary information, and related documentation
  • Maintain updated client profiles and records of communications
  • Monitor important reservation milestones, including deposits, final payments, and required documentation
  • Communicate with clients regarding pending decisions, outstanding information, and reservation updates
  • Provide useful preparation details and general assistance before scheduled departures
  • Respond to routine booking questions and assist with standard reservation modifications
  • Maintain professional client relationships through timely communication and consistent follow-up
  • Continue expanding destination knowledge and awareness of supplier offerings, promotions, and industry updates

  • Willingness to learn supplier reservation platforms and booking technology
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a compatible computer or device
  • Interest in continued education and professional skill development
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain or other qualifying countries
