About the Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with people and helping turn vacation ideas into memorable experiences. As a Client Holiday Specialist, you will assist travelers with discovering destinations, reviewing available vacation packages, and organizing arrangements that suit their needs.
This remote opportunity offers the flexibility to assist clients with different types of leisure travel, including all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family vacations, romantic retreats, luxury accommodations, group getaways, guided tours, and international holidays.
Your focus will be on understanding what clients are looking for, researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and providing professional assistance throughout the reservation process.
Whether you are beginning a new career path or bringing experience from customer service, administration, hospitality, or another industry, previous travel experience is not required. Training and professional learning resources are available.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Respond to individuals seeking assistance with upcoming vacation arrangements
- Learn about each client's preferred destinations, schedules, spending preferences, and vacation interests
- Explore suitable vacation opportunities using approved travel supplier resources
- Locate available accommodations, resort packages, cruise itineraries, transportation, excursions, and activities
- Compare vacation products to identify options that meet individual expectations
- Prepare organized recommendations highlighting relevant services and available choices
- Share information about vacation features, accommodations, pricing, inclusions, and booking policies
- Support clients as they review options and determine their preferred arrangements
- Coordinate reservations and selected services through designated supplier booking platforms
- Check booking information for accuracy, including traveler names, dates, and requested services
- Maintain electronic records of client preferences, communications, and reservation activity
- Organize confirmations, itinerary documents, and other important travel information
- Keep track of payment requirements, reservation deadlines, and necessary documentation
- Contact clients regarding pending selections, outstanding details, and upcoming booking milestones
- Provide timely reservation updates and useful information before departure
- Assist with general booking inquiries and standard reservation adjustments
- Develop positive client relationships through attentive communication and reliable follow-up
- Remain informed about supplier offerings, destination updates, and vacation-related promotions
