Role Overview

We are looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to become part of our growing remote team. As a Journey Booking Specialist, you will work with clients who are interested in arranging vacations, exploring new destinations, and selecting experiences that fit their personal interests and budgets.

This opportunity focuses on helping travelers navigate the booking process, from their first inquiry to their final reservation details. You will research available options, provide useful information, coordinate requested services, and maintain communication throughout the planning process.

Vacation requests may include beachfront resorts, all-inclusive packages, cruises, family adventures, honeymoon escapes, group vacations, international destinations, guided experiences, and customized leisure trips.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Connect with prospective travelers to discuss upcoming vacation plans and requested services
  • Identify individual needs by reviewing destination interests, preferred dates, budgets, and accommodation preferences
  • Search available vacation products using approved supplier resources and booking platforms
  • Explore suitable flight options, hotels, resorts, cruise itineraries, transportation, and activities
  • Assess different vacation packages to determine which choices align with client expectations
  • Organize research findings into clear and practical vacation recommendations
  • Provide information about available amenities, package features, pricing, and booking conditions
  • Guide clients through the selection process and answer general reservation questions
  • Coordinate approved bookings and requested vacation arrangements
  • Verify traveler names, reservation dates, selected accommodations, and service details
  • Maintain accurate electronic files containing confirmations, client preferences, and booking information
  • Track reservation requirements, payment deadlines, and other important planning milestones
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding selections, documentation, and upcoming deadlines
  • Share reservation updates and relevant information before scheduled departures
  • Assist with standard booking adjustments and routine service-related requests
  • Build positive relationships through dependable communication and professional follow-through
  • Continue learning about destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and industry developments

Candidate Profile

  • Enjoy working with people and providing helpful, professional assistance
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully through phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Have strong listening skills and the ability to understand individual client needs
  • Demonstrate accuracy when reviewing information and completing tasks
  • Are comfortable researching destinations and comparing available services
  • Can organize multiple requests while managing important deadlines
  • Show initiative, dependability, and a willingness to solve problems
  • Are comfortable presenting options and explaining relevant information
  • Can manage daily responsibilities independently in a virtual environment
  • Have basic computer skills and familiarity with internet-based applications
  • Are willing to learn new reservation systems and supplier technology
  • Have reliable internet access and a compatible computer or device
  • Are interested in developing professional skills through continued education
  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia or other qualifying region
