Legal Recruitment Researcher / Sourcing Consultant

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Recruitment Researcher / Sourcing Consultant to support our legal recruitment team on a flexible project or contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with our consultants to identify, engage, and deliver qualified candidates across a variety of legal search mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Actively search, identify, and headhunt legal professionals and candidates across specialized recruitment databases (e.g., C-LLUE / Glue) and online channels.
  
• Database Navigation: Efficiently search, filter, and organize candidate pools within our internal applicant tracking system and candidate databases.
  
• Screening & Outreach: Conduct initial candidate outreach, evaluate candidate backgrounds against specific client mandates, and conduct preliminary phone/video screenings.
  
• Pipeline Delivery: Submit well-qualified candidate profiles and CVs to recruitment consultants in a timely manner.
  
• Project Execution: Support dedicated search projects on either a short-term, project-based, or ongoing contract basis.
  

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition (prior recruitment agency background preferred).
  
• Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking directly with prospective candidates.
  
• Technically proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), database search algorithms, and online sourcing tools.
  
• Fast learner capable of quickly understanding job requirements and legal sector context without extensive technical onboarding.
  
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
  

Engagement Models

• Project Basis: Dedicated short-term assignments per client mandate or per-CV delivery model.
  
• Monthly Retainer / Secondment: Full-time or part-time dedicated resource allocated directly to your team.
