What’s the role?
 

Performing specialized legal work focused on intellectual property, data privacy, and commercial contracts, with an emphasis on advisory rather than litigation. Serve as a key member of a global team and a dedicated business partner, supporting the Company’s growth objectives by ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and contributing to contract drafting and review. This role plays an active part in enabling and supporting global business operations. 

What will you be doing?
 

• Commercial Contracting: Draft, review, and manage contracts, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, and software licensing agreements. 

• Intellectual Property (IP) Support: Assist in managing patent and trademark portfolios, conducting IP searches, and clearing product marketing materials. 

• Privacy & Compliance: Assist in managing data subject access requests (DSARs), reviewing privacy questionnaires, and ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and other data regulations 

• Legal Technology Management: Administer legal tools such as contract management systems, digital repositories (e.g., Panda, SharePoint),  

• RFP Assessments  Assist in managing and answering RFP, questionnaires, inquires from customer, IT support, CSM for clients. 

• Corporate Insurance: Administer the Companies corporate insurance program, work with our Insurance broker to ensure appropriate coverage is in place for all entities

• Paralegal certificates, such as Certified Paralegal (CP) or Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) 

• Attention to detail and accuracy 

• Organization and time management 

• Technology proficiency (legal research tools, document management systems) 

• Analytical and critical thinking 

• Communication skills 

• Adaptability and ability to handle shifting priorities 

It would also be a plus if you have:  

• Contract management certification 

• Foreign language skills –professional working proficiency
