The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations across the United States and Canada, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. They will also partner with the People Team to standardize HR processes, ensure compliance, and provide responsive support to employees and managers.
You will lead end-to-end product design for AI-powered commerce features, translating complex data systems into intuitive user experiences. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility while maintaining SOC2-aligned security and privacy standards.
