Job Summary
This full-time role will serve as the single point of contact for assigned FMLA clients. This person is responsible for all phases of the FMLA program.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively work a caseload of clients enrolled with us for FMLA, STD, Personal Medical leaves etc
- Provide consultative assistance to clients regarding approvals and denials of leaves and recommendations
- Effectively communicate all claim related info including leave approvals/denials, return to work, restricted hours and next steps
- Be the one point of contact for all leave inquiries for your dedicated accounts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Workers' compensation knowledge is a plus
