Responsibilities

• Translate written materials from English to various languages and vice versa
• Ensure translations are culturally appropriate and contextually accurate

• Proofread and edit translated documents for quality assurance

• Stay updated on industry trends and language developments
• Assist in the localization of materials for different audiences

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in linguistics or related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and at least one other language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Basic understanding of translation tools and software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Previous translation experience, even as a volunteer, is beneficial
