L&D Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to support the design and delivery of engaging training programs for construction staff. This role will focus on transforming complex technical content into digestible, interactive micro-learning modules. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), strong instructional design capabilities, and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation and learning outcomes. This is a part-time, fully remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Convert complex construction-related content into engaging micro-learning modules tailored for frontline staff.

• Design and develop interactive learning materials, including quizzes, assessments, and multimedia content.

• Set up, manage, and optimize courses within an LMS (e.g., TalentLMS, Kajabi, Course Creator, or similar platforms).

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, improve learner engagement, and enhance instructional quality.

• Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Ensure all training content aligns with organizational goals and is accessible to diverse learners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience setting up and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably TalentLMS or similar platforms (Kajabi, Course Creator, etc.).

• Strong ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging learning content.

• Experience creating interactive learning materials, including quizzes and micro-learning modules.

• Familiarity and comfort with using AI tools to support content creation and instructional design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setting.

• Experience working with construction, engineering, or technical teams is a plus.
