Key Account Manager (Russian Speaking) - iGaming - Remote

Language Requirement: Fluent Russian and English

About the Role:
We are looking for a Russian-speaking Key Account Manager to support and develop relationships with merchants and partners in the payments and iGaming industries.

The role will focus on account management, merchant relationship development, onboarding support, and day-to-day coordination with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with merchants, PSPs, and business partners.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

• Support merchant onboarding and account activation processes.

• Coordinate with compliance, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and partners.

• Monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Support business development initiatives and partnership expansion efforts.

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention. 

The Successful Candidate:

• Fluent Russian and English (mandatory).

• Experience in Payments, PSP, iGaming, Fintech, Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.

• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

• Comfortable working remotely and across different time zones.

• Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience working with PSPs, payment gateways, merchants acquiring businesses, iGaming operators, affiliate networks, or related industries is highly preferred.
