BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join a dynamic team as a remote Junior Product Support in Latin America and the Caribbean. You will play a crucial role in optimizing the customer experience for online users for a company that focuses on new product launches, promotional updates, and e-commerce merchandising.

Responsibilities:
Create E-commerce strategy for product launches.
Follow and set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
Work closely with different teams (product development, engineering, brand, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
Be a subject matter expert on assigned products.
Monitor changes in product sales, with attention to detail, by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) to stay organized.
Support pricing and promotional updates and launches.
Support with website maintenance and fixes.
Product and bundle set up within NetSuite and Shopify.
Ensure product inventory is accurate – in stock, out of stock, or on pre-order procedures.
Meet deadlines on product launches, understand consumer behavior, and optimize the website experience.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Shopify and other B2C e-commerce platforms.
Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for improving product performance.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative teams, product development, and supply teams.
Solid understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape in the B2C e-commerce space.
Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2C e-commerce, such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and other relevant data analysis tools.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in data reporting and website page management.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university preferred.
1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Candidates must be based in Latin America or the Caribbean
