Responsibilities
- Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication
- Schedule and complete virtual or phone-based appointments
- Review benefit options in a clear, professional, and helpful manner
- Assist with online applications and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance standards
- Provide a positive member experience from the first conversation through completion
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive, professional, and service-focused attitude
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Confidence using computers, video calls, and online systems
- Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
