About Us
We're a fast-growing ad creative agency on a mission to produce the best-performing video ads in the game.
We partner with 7–8 figure eCommerce brands spending $100K to $1M+ per month on ads, helping them crush ad fatigue, unlock creative breakthroughs, and scale profitably.
Our team runs fully remote with a pod-based structure, allowing each member to specialize, move fast, and deliver world-class creative that actually converts.
Role Overview
This is your way into performance creative. As a Junior Creative Strategist, you're the engine room of the pod: you dig into the research, draft the scripts and briefs, and learn the exact system we use to turn raw insights into scroll-stopping ads.
You won't be thrown into the deep end alone. You'll work directly under your Pod Lead or Sr Creative Strategist, who'll train you on our full methodology, from reverse-engineering a product's root-cause problem, to building buyer personas, to mapping awareness levels, to assigning the right format and angle. Your job is to execute that system at a high level, learn fast, and prove you can own more.
The mission: master the craft of building ads that scale brands, and earn your runway to a full Creative Strategist role where you own your own clients end-to-end.
What We're Looking For
- You're hungry, sharp, and obsessed with getting better, fast.
- You can write. You can turn a messy research doc into a clean, punchy script or brief.
- You're curious about why ads work, not just what looks good, you actually want to understand performance marketing.
- You're comfortable doing the deep, unglamorous work: digging through reviews, dissecting competitor ads, mining customer language, studying winning trends.
- You take direction well, but you also bring your own ideas to the table.
- Bonus if you've touched DTC/eCommerce, short-form video, or any kind of paid social before, but aptitude and hunger beat a long résumé here.
- You're comfortable working in an AI-augmented workflow (we run on a tight research-to-production system, we'll train you on the tools).
What's In It For You
- Competitive base salary for a Junior Role.
- A front-row seat working on 7–8 figure DTC brands that sell in the US/WW, where your work directly moves the needle.
- 20 PTO days
- Fully remote
- Real mentorship from senior strategists who want you to level up
- A clear, structured path to becoming a full Creative Strategist and eventually leading your own clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Research the market — study audiences, competitors, ad accounts, and products to gather the raw material for creative strategy (competitor analysis, review mining, ad account analysis, TikTok/trend research, landing page audits).
- Draft video ad briefs and scripts under the guidance of your Senior CS, aligned to the pod's Creative Strategy Plan.
- Develop and pressure-test creative angles — bring fresh directions and learn to position them by root cause, persona, and awareness level.
- Support the Creative Strategy Plan — contribute research and ideas that feed the senior strategist's monthly plan for each client.
- Collaborate with Creator Managers & Video Editors to make sure your briefs translate cleanly into high-quality creative.
- Learn to read ad performance — sit in on performance reviews, start analyzing Ads Manager metrics, and build toward forming your own iteration hypotheses.
- Hit production targets — deliver your assigned volume of scripts and briefs on time and to spec.
- Track your time to build awareness of how long different tasks and clients take.
